Now that I'm losing weight and I'm very nearly down to the right weight for my height, I'm smack bang
in the middle of the weight range that I should be, so I don't need to lose any more weight now, but I still wanna try
and get rid of my huge thighs and stomach. Someone on the FitBit site suggested that I do sit-ups to gradually get rid
of my belly and leg lifts to reduce my thighs. I'm in it for the long haul and, like the walking spreadsheets, I'll put
the exercise spreadsheets up each week too.
The list was getting too long to keep scrolling down, so Steve's just

I was told to put on weight, so I didn't do any kind of exercise (other than walking our dog) for the first 3 weeks of
August. My body was crying out for my nightly exercises by the time it got to the end of August though, so I re-started
them again, which is why there's only one spreadsheet for August.

I was too busy with NaNo and grieving for Mitzi for the first 3 weeks of November so there's only a single exercise
