Haven’t taken any supplements for 30 days and I’m really feeling it! I’m knackered, I ache, I’ve got no energy or motivation and I just feel rotten through and through! I’ve been diagnosed with a vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency as well as non-alcoholic Korsakov syndrome which is a vitamin B1 deficiency and I’m allergic to dairy as well.

Breakfast time! I found that the vitamin C made me throw up if I didn’t eat before taking it!

Just taken all the supplements and they are already starting to kick in…I’m more awake and I’m living life in HD instead of grainy black and white like I was before I took the supplements!

Just had breakfast so it’s time to take the supplements now!

Just taken them all and while the effect isn’t as obvious as yesterday there’s already a definite improvement again! I’m more awake and aware of things around me, my pains aren’t so bad and I can sit down with my knees bent and stand up without wincing in agony for the first few seconds.

Just taken the supplements after my lunch and I was really feeling the effects of not taking them for 27 hours… my poor body was pleading with me to take them but Steven was getting the bandages on his legs changed in the kitchen so couldn’t get a bottle of flavoured water until he came back in here but I’ve taken them now and I’m seeing things in HD again!

Just taken the supplements again and my body is starting to relax because I’ve taken them earlier than I did yesterday! I’m less tired/more awake and I’ve got more energy already! I’m thinking I shouldn’t eat in the evenings for a while because I wasn’t hungry before I had breakfast, full up when I had breakfast and now I’m bloated from all the water I drank to take the supplements!

5 Dec 13 I had a chocolate bar for breakfast so that I could take my supplements and I was thinking it wouldn’t be enough to stop me throwing up the vitamin C because it was so small but I was wrong – I took all the supplements without any problems at all! I’m more awake, I’ve got a bit more energy and I think my knees are starting to soak up the calcium again because it’s noticeably easier and less painful to stand up now! I’m feeling so much more human than a week ago! I also stay asleep and wake more refreshed and ready for the day too! I don’t know which supplement does what, but if you can only afford/want to take one pill instead of the nine that I take every morning then I definitely recommend getting the multivitamin!

I’ve just taken my last vitamin D, Selenium, calcium, vitamin B12, vitamin B complex and vitamin C – why the hell didn’t I order them at the end of November so that I didn’t run out?! I’m left taking the multivitamin, gingko and ginseng and the B12 from Amazon for a couple of days so we’ll find out which pill does what over the next couple of days J I know that I found out about the vitamin deficiencies 150 days ago though because I ordered 120 of the vitamin D and B12 and I didn’t take them for the 30 days of November so we’ll see how much the deficiency affected me and how much the supplements helped me to feel human!

I phoned Simply Supplements this morning to see if they got yesterday’s order and they didn’t so I repeated the ordered and I’m hoping it will arrive on Tuesday next week. I just took the multivitamin and Gingko & Ginseng this morning and while I’m feeling OK now that I’ve taken them, I’m already noticing the difference the other pills made to me!

I took the pills again this morning and I’m still feeling OK but not as good as when I was taking all of them… my knees ache, I haven’t got much energy, my concentration is shot etc Can’t wait to take all of the supplements again next week!

I’ve been taking the pills every morning but kept forgetting to update this page! I still feel OK but not brilliant but the supplements I ordered will be delivered today hopefully so I’ll try and remember to update this page every day from tomorrow onwards!

Just taken my supplements and I’m already starting to feel more human! I started noticing the difference after taking the Selenium so it’s either the vitamin C with rosehip, the vitamin D or the Selenium that is a really fast worker!

13 Dec 13 Just taken my supplements and while the difference wasn’t as big as yesterday, they definitely do help! I’m not going to take them until I get back from the bank on Monday morning and I’ll try and remember to leave a 5 minute gap between taking each supplement to see which is the fast worker too!

Just taken the supplements and I think they are up to the levels they should be in my body now because I didn’t notice any difference this time, so I think my body won’t react as much as it did when I started taking them at the beginning of the month. I’m just glad I’m giving my body what it needs every morning!

Not much to report today so, starting tomorrow, I’ll only update you when something worth mentioning happens! J
